PRESENTATION FORMAT

​If you are scheduled for Session 1, 2, or 3:
  • You will provide a pre-recorded Powerpoint slides with 5 minutes of audio or video.
  • No restrictions on the number of slides as long as you don't exceed the 5 minute length.
  • We will play your recording during your presentation, then you will present live for the Q&A portion
  • Q&A is scheduled for 3 minutes.
  • Your recording will be available for attendees to view anytime after the annual meeting.

If you are scheduled for Quickshot Session:
  • You will provide a pre-recorded Powerpoint slides with 3 minutes of audio or video.
  • No restrictions on the number of slides as long as you don't exceed the 3-minute length.
  • Your recording will be available for attendees to view anytime during and after the annual meeting.

RECORDINGS
  • You can record your talk using Zoom, Webex, or other platforms. 
  • You can also add audio/videos on Powerpoint - see instructions below.
