DEADLINE TO SUBMIT RECORDINGS: April 16, 2021
If you are scheduled for Session 1, 2, or 3:
- You will provide a pre-recorded Powerpoint slides with 5 minutes of audio or video.
- No restrictions on the number of slides as long as you don't exceed the 5 minute length.
- We will play your recording during your presentation, then you will present live for the Q&A portion
- Q&A is scheduled for 3 minutes.
- Your recording will be available for attendees to view anytime after the annual meeting.
If you are scheduled for Quickshot Session:
- You will provide a pre-recorded Powerpoint slides with 3 minutes of audio or video.
- No restrictions on the number of slides as long as you don't exceed the 3-minute length.
- Your recording will be available for attendees to view anytime during and after the annual meeting.
