2012 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Dear Exhibitors:

The Association of Veterans Affairs Surgeons (AVAS) Annual Meeting is being held in Miami Beach, FL on April 1–3, 2012. This meeting is attended by general, oncologic, peripheral vascular, endovascular, thoracic, wound care and critical care surgeons from VA Hospitals throughout the United States. University-based surgeons and surgery residents with affiliation with the VA also attend this meeting. We anticipate approximately 150 surgeons attending.

Exhibit opportunities will be available at several levels and will give you and your company access to the exhibit hall. The venue for the meeting is the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel. The AVAS is a 501-C6 organization with a tax ID #47-6089981.

SET-UP

Exhibit set-up begins on SATURDAY night after 6:00 pm or Sunday morning after 6:00 am. There will be assigned tables so we will send the assignment list on mid-March. If you need power strips, let me know and I will request them from the hotel.

CHECK-IN

Please visit the registration desk to pick up your exhibitor packet as well as namebadges.

GENERAL SESSIONS

Exhibitors are invited to attend any of the scientific sessions except for sessions noted as Members Only.

MEALS

All breakfasts and breaks are included in your exhibit fee. Exhibit hours parallel our scientific sessions so be sure to man your ooths especially during breakfast and breaks.We invite you to join us for all of our social events. See events below:
