2008 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

We would like to welcome your company as an exhibitor at the Association of VA Surgeons’ meeting scheduled for May 4 – 6, 2008 at the Marriott Dallas Las Colinas, Dallas, TX.

There will be approximately 15 exhibitors during the meeting. We anticipate an attendance of 120 surgeons to the scientific sessions. The program will begin on Sunday, May 4 and will end at noon on Tuesday, May 6.

A preliminary agenda program schedule will be provided for you as soon as the program has been solidified. The AVAS is hosting 2 parallel pre-meeting symposia on the morning of Sunday, May 4th on Bariatric Surgery and Research & Grant Writing.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Deliveries will not be accepted more than three (3) days prior to the first meeting date. There is a handling charge, which is currently $5.00 per box of less than 50 lbs. Or $10.00 for any box, trunk, or crate in excess of 50 lbs delivered from the storage area to the meeting room. Charges apply each way for delivery and pick-up and are subject to change.

SET-UP

Exhibit set-up begins on Sunday anytime during the morning. Room location is MAIN FOYER which is adjacent to the scientific session in PLANTERS. There are no assigned tables. If you need power cords, let me know and I will request them from the hotel.

CHECK-IN

Please visit the registration desk to pick up your exhibitor packet as well as namebadges.

GENERAL SESSIONS

Exhibitors are invited to attend any of the scientific sessions.

MEALS

We invite you to join us for our Welcome Reception on Sunday evening. All breakfasts and breaks are included in your exhibit fee. Exhibit hours parallel our scientific sessions so be sure to man your booths especially during breakfast and breaks.
