2011 MEETING
PRESENTER INSTRUCTIONS The final program has now been finalized. Please review the program schedule and let us know if there are any corrections. The underlined name indicates the expected presenter. If this presenter has changed, please let us know as soon as possible. Presentation Guidelines The scientific oral presentations will be 8 minutes with 4 minutes for discussion. Quickshot presentations are 3 minutes with 2 minutes for discussion, with maximum of 5 slides. You must adhere to these guidelines to ensure we have a successful scientific program. Manuscript All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the Am J Surg website by midnight EST on the day after the annual meeting. Authors are strongly encouraged to submit their manuscripts prior to this time. http://ees.elsevier.com/ajs More information on manuscript submission is provided in the link above. CME Disclosure Form Each presenter is required to complete the Faculty Disclosure Form. Please submit the completed and signed disclosure form to Sue Lentz by February 21st.
