The Association of VA Surgeons annual meeting will be held on May 9 - 11, 2010 at University Place Conference Center and Hotel, Indianapolis, IN.

RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

GROUP RATES:

Single occupancy - $94.00

Double occupancy - $114.00

Individuals will make their own guest room reservations by calling 1-800-627-2700 (select Option #1). Please mention you are with the Association of VA Surgeons to ensure you receive the special group rates.

Reservations must be made by 5:00p.m. on April 9, 2010. After this date, the unused portion of the room block will be released and reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only. All rooms are subject to applicable taxes. Guests are responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges. All guests are required to present a valid credit card at the time of registration. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hrs. prior to the day of arrival and/or “no-show” rooms will be billed to the respective guest’s credit card.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Guests arriving early will be accommodated as rooms become available. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. We request that guests attending functions on their day of departure check out by 11:00 a.m. If needed, our bell staff will store your luggage upon departure and/or until your departure.
