GROUP RATES:

Deluxe Room - $225.00

Boston Suite - $225.00

All rates are subject to the applicable and appropriate taxes and fees at the time of the event, currently a 5.7% Massachusetts Sales Tax, 4.0% City Occupancy Tax and 2.75% Convention Tax.

ROOM RESERVATIONS:

You may call in your reservations to the hotel directly at 800-882-1818 or 617-864-1200. Please mention you are with the Association of VA Surgeons.

To make Online Reservations, Please follow the instructions below:

• Go to the hotel’s website www.charleshotel.com
• Click on “Book Now” in the bottom left corner of the screen
• Click on “Groups” in the bottom center of the screen
• Enter the Attendee Code: AssocVASurg42009
• Click on the dates you wish to stay
• Click on the room type preferred
• Click on Complete contact and billing information
• A confirmation number will be emailed to you

Individual cancellations, regardless of Reservation Method, will be accepted prior to forty-eight (48) hours prior to Arrival. If the Reservation is no longer required and is not cancelled prior to this time, the Reservation will be released and one (1) night's subsequent room and tax charges will be billed to the credit card on file.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES:

Check-in time is after 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm (noon). Arrangements may be made for luggage storage beyond 12:00pm with the Hotel Concierge.
